The summer is over with fall in the Triangle Area being its best season in a tight race with spring. The weather is perfect in the Triangle to be outside or stay active. The area is full of college students that come back in the fall leading to even more events occurring in the area. Heading to a sporting event can take a number of forms in the Triangle. You have professional options with the Carolina Hurricanes for hockey or the Durham Bulls for baseball. The college teams that you have the ability to see are the Tar Heels of UNC-CH or Duke University’s Blue Devils. Both of these schools are powerhouses in basketball with the season starting in late October and early November.

Finding a haunted house can get the entire family in the mood for Halloween. The area is full of trees so this can make for great decorations during Halloween. Chapel Hill which is discussed below is known for a wild Halloween celebration that brings in college students from around the region. The fall in Chapel Hill is nothing short of amazing as this college town is quite beautiful. Seeing the campus is recommended as it is historic in so many ways as the college was founded in 1789. The basketball museum sports so many memories of Tar Heel greats which include Michael Jordan and Vince Carter. Franklin Street is the hub of the town with a number of bars and restaurants to choose from. You can even head down to the strange little town of Carrboro which has a rich history. Cat’s Cradle is a venue that has had bands like Nirvana play there before they made it big. 

The Triangle is not a place that lacks anything that you will want to do. The area is perfect for those that want to visit or even live. The professional opportunities in the area seem to be endless in a number of industries.
