    The third-ranked Serbian of 21 years-old Novak Djokovic, succeeded at the Tennis Masters Cup and obtained the title for first time on his career by beating the experienced Russian Nikolay Davydenko 6-1, 7-5 in one hour and 42 minutes.
  • ATP Tennis- Tsonga defeats Nalbandian and wins the Paris Masters
    The 23 years-old French Jo-Wilfried Tsonga delighted the tennis world this end of the year, by winning his first ATP Masters Series title in his home country at the BNP Paribas Masters in Paris. The Le Mans’ tennis player defeated the Argentine and defeating champion of last year, David Nalbandian 6-3, 4-6, 6-4, at the Bercy Sport Stadium in front of approximately 14,000 fans in the Paris Masters.
  • ATP Tennis - Federer Captures the Swiss Indoor Basel Title
    The 13-Grand Slam winner, 27 years-old Swiss Roger Federer, captured his third consecutive title at his hometown Basel in the Swiss Indoor tournament by beating the Argentine David Nalbandian 6-3, 6-4. The Swiss had an almost perfect match by hitting eight aces and accepting only seven points on his serve in the whole game.

    The top-seeded, 23-year-old Jelena Jankovic, obtained her third title in three weeks at the Kremlin Cup in Moscow Russia by defeating the Russian and 8th seeded of the world Vera Zvonareva 6-2,6-4.
