Over the years I have tried numerous diets, liquid diets, diet pills, calorie counting, high protein, egg diets, soup diets, low fat diets to name just a few and overall none of them have worked!

Sure enough I have lost weight but never managed to reach my goal or keep the weight off I had lost, so I decided to examine what went wrong and identify why diets don’t work.

I realised that the only way I would lose weight would be to totally change the way I think about food and completely change my eating habits, but how could I achieve what seemed to be an impossible task.
