I see from the media that the subject of colour additives has raised its ugly head again.

Tests conducted by doctors and scientists in Hampshire England have concluded that the dreaded “E” colourings added to our sweets, ice cream, soft drinks etc. are shown to cause hyperactivity in children and possible behaviour problems.

The British government is now going to ask manufactures of products containing certain “E” colourings to add a warning on the label of these products warning about the possible side affects of these additives.

All parents should heed these warnings and try to buy alternative products that do not contain “E”colourings if possible, this will not only help maintain childrens health, but may force manufactures to stop using them.

I am sure if people, by not buying these products that it will force the manufactures to remove these additives, more so if they see a drop in their profits.

On to more natural forms of natural ingredients used in alternative medicines or complementary medicines as it is sometimes known.
