Gore-Tex membrane contains over 1.4 billion microscopic pores per square centimetre. These pores are 20,000 times smaller than a water droplet, but 700 times larger than a water vapour molecule. This makes Gore-Tex waterproof from the outside while allowing perspiration to escape from the inside.

The dry layer could also consist of any garments in the Gore-Tex Paclite Shell range. The Gore-Tex Paclite Shell range could compose of any combination of the following garments:

Technical Facts about Gore-Tex Paclite

Gore-Tex Paclite Shell features the lightest, most packable fabrics. Durably waterproof and extremely breathable. Being made from Gore-Tex they also hold the identical technical qualities of the Gore-Tex performance shell garments.
