"Invisalign also requires a compliant and diligent patient," notes Dr. Kanani, a Suurey orthodontist. "Patients must wear the aligners according to their doctor’s instructions, and practice proper oral hygiene." One advantage of Invisalign aligners is that they are removable so patients can take them out to eat or brush. Traditional braces can make it hard to keep teeth clean.
