The best way to lose weight and look great is a combination of diet, exercise, and taking the right supplements.

It all starts with diet and supplement. There is no magic pill that works by itself, but a great diet and supplement can make dramatic changes even without exercise. However, you will not strengthen, tone, or reshape your body without proper exercise.

To get to where I am today, I started with a great diet, and I shopped around online with free trials on supplements that would help my diet. EXERCISE

Start off light and don’t over-do it. Brisk walking for 20-45min is a great way to start raising your metabolism. Lifting light weights with lots of reps will help you build some cardio stamina as well as strengthen and tone muscle groups that haven’t been worked in a while. Gradually increase your cardio time to 30-60min per day. A weight routine is great at least 3 times per week. Something simple like parking further away in a parking lot will give you more exercise than normal just from walking a few extra steps each day. This can really add up.


ABS WORKOUT
Like all good things, one has to work for six-pack abs.
Remember, you're not going to reduce fat content without body stretching or a lot of abdominal work. Closest to the surface are the internal and external obliques, which turn the trunk and provide the body with rotation and lateral movement. So proper selection of abdominal exercise is necessary to make it more effective and avoid damages to each abdominal part.
Since there are different exercises to suit the needs of different people, it is best to consult a physical fitness authority.

A simple method of weight loss that you can try is drinking plenty of water as much as 8 glasses a day.


EXERCISE ROUTINES

If you're major concern is to reduce your belly fats and develop the six packs as they all call it, the following activities will be helpful for best result. Abdominal exercises are some of the best and most effective abs and core workouts for strengthening and firming your abdominal muscles.


Long Arm Crunch.
Ball Crunch.
Oblique Crunch.

These simple exercises will help you strengthen your core. There are also many magazines and free articles online that will show you detailed exercises and help you reach your goals.

Remember, losing weight is possible with the right comibination of proper diet, supplement, and exercise. It’s what you eat and what you do that will give you the results. You don’t have to kill yourself in the gym or starve yourself, just eat healthy, try a few free supplements until you find one that works for you, and exercise regularly.
