Time is precious in everyone’s life. Time management refers to a range of skills, tools, and techniques used to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals. Time Management can be considered as Project Management, Attention Management, Personal knowledge Management. If you practice to do your work in a set time, you would not see failure but success. Each and every second should be valuable for you.
The first step to manage time accordingly is to plan. Plan your daily work before the day starts and act according to it. Set up your goals in positive way. Work hard by managing time in an effective way to achieve success in your goals. You have only 24 hours in a day. You cannot extend the time. All you need to do is plan your daily work according to the time given. Manage the time according to your plans. Do not waste time in unwanted things. Make your time precious.
Tips to Manage time:
 Time management actually changes your behavior not your time.
 The objective is to change your behaviors to achieve whatever general goal you've set for yourself, such as increasing your productivity or decreasing your stress.
 You’ll be more productive and profitable if you identify and focus on the areas most important to your goals.
 You must start each day with a time management. Make your plans a success by managing the time.
 If you've identified a certain behavior that's counterproductive to your time management, take steps to correct this behavior.
 Without the right management every minutes and seconds and hours in your life will be lost and you cannot get back.
 You will feel much more effective and productive in your daily work, so that your time would also be saved.
 Make your leisure time useful for listening to CDs or some audio books.
 Avoid doing multi-tasking. Working hard to achieve many different goals at a same time cannot be effective of managing time.
 Set up your goals one by one. Record your daily activities on your calendar. Start your daily work by seeing your daily calendar.
 Schedule time for personal activities too, so that you can relax.
 It is important to be self-disciplined. Mental breaks will actually boost your productivity because your mind has a chance to reflect, and repair itself subconsciously.
