Ask for deductible in amount in case if there are any damages. Before shipping of your car take away all your personal belongings which you would have left out in your vehicle. If antennae is attached it should be removed off. Any other loose parts are attached then it should be secured well or it should be removed. The car shipping company person will make a note of damages before the shipping and will give the details to you. And the same report would be prepared at the time of delivery of your vehicle. If you find any damages then you can claim for it.
