The Revolution Against Big Oil Will Not Be Televised - By: GARKO

When I was working with Aaron Russo in 2006 to help him get the truth out about the IRS and the Federal Reserve I got targeted for my patriotic actions. I was a wee bit too high on the radar. . Russo’s film, America From Freedom to Fascism was the shot heard around the world and inspired many millions to get active and effective in the truth movement. I was successful in coordinating some key actions in Los Angles including a meeting with Aaron and the other volunteers and participation in a peace march which featured Cindy Sheehan, Ron Kovic and Ghandi’s grandson where we carried banners saying "Want to End The Iraq War? Shut Down The Federal Reserve".
My compensation for my patriotic efforts included receiving my bank account statement in the mail torn open (after they saw my meager bank account balance they suddenly left me alone lol), getting my Ford's windows shattered and documents in my car left in a different disarray than I had left them, getting almost run off the road and other such experiences.
When I observed the shattered car window on the street I thought to myself, "son, you are doing something right but you are doing something wrong". And I did back off a bit to be less of a target. But I now have a very high traffic blog for the freedom movement and the Ron Paul Revolution (which was the brain child of Aaron Russo incidentally).
There are so many revolutions happening right now that one needs a score card to keep track. One of these is a revolution that even the most apprehensive can engage in because it is completely anonymous. And it is anonymous naturally, not because of anybody's attempt for self preservation.
This is a movement which targets the car industry and the oil companies.

Did you know...
1. That Exxon claimed $8 billion in profits in 2007 while fuel prices at the pump doubled and tripled.
2. That the price for a barrel of oil was $18 prior to Sept 2001 and is now more than $100 and this is going up
3. That a car in 1908 performed 40% better on fuel mileage than a vehicle in 2008
4. That the average vehicle only properly uses 20% of the fuel that you pump into it which is why you have a catalytic converter... to pass the unburnt, unused fuel as emissions
5. That if a gallon of fuel costs $3.30, 10% of that goes to inflation (figure .30 cents) and about fourty seven cents goes to taxes of some type. So about 25% of what we spend on fuel goes to the government.

As with any bad situation in society, if folks unite and take action they can bring about change.
As regards gasoline prices the best approach is to opt out completely. No, I don't mean to walk and ride your bicycle to the office like they do in Japan. I am here to tell you that you can convert your gasoline engine to hydrogen and never have to buy another gallon of gasoline again. Even if you only convert to a hybrid you will be saving up to 35% on gasoline consumption, maybe more. So unless Big Brother puts nazi inspectors in charge of looking under your automobile's hood, this would be a inherently anonymous activity and an effective revolution!
Also you will be empowering your vehicle to perform better, also you will be helping the environment to be cleaner and healthier for all of us to live in and you will have the satisfaction of knowing that you are active in a revolution against the car makers and the oil industry and you can say that with regards to the price of gasoline ... "we ain't buyin' it anymore"
