4. Change your space- We are all influenced by our environment so consider what yours is like. Is your home in need of spring cleaning, repainting or refurnishing? You don’t have to spend a fortune to achieve significant results. Get your family over to help you paint the walls, sew a pair of curtains yourself, clear out your attic or garage and de-clutter your lounge. Your bedroom is a sacred space, use colours, textures and shapes to create a relaxing effect. For instance, white walls and mirrors can make cramped rooms appear more spacious and silk sheets have a very luxurious feel. More importantly, keep your home clean and tidy so as to allow a constant flow of creative energy.

5. Take a challenge- Your mind needs stimulation too. Revive interest in an old pastime or find a hidden talent. Develop your skills through study and practice, interacting constantly with other likeminded folks. One of the greatest blessings of life is being able to make a living doing work you love.
