Several surveys reveal that workplace drug testing has been very fruitful and good to identify the drug users at the workplace. Any organization wants to be assured that the employee it recruits is free of any addiction basically from drug addiction. Pass a drug test confirms the fact and assures the particular organization that the employee is out of the addiction to drug. Passing a drug test is approved all over the world as it requires passing a saliva test or passing a hair test or passing a urine test. Any one of theses will prove the drug addiction. Work place drug testing is required because employers do not waste their money and project on such human power which does not make any profit for him. It is sole business and any employer does not want to destroy the environment of his work place. A drug addicted employee can destroy the healthy atmosphere of the workplace and harm the productivity greatly. And that is why drug test is approved all over the world to rectify the meter. It has been seen that the management of 81% organizations admitted to subjecting their employees to workplace drug testing in order to check their sobriety that highlights the fact that the reputation of drug testing is intensifying all over the world.

There are mainly four types of drug testing which are followed by several companies and not only by companies but by organizations like schools and collages are also prefer to conduct this drug test before admission. It is very necessary to pass a drug test to get there. The four main types of drug tests are Urine Test, Hair/Hair Follicle Test, Blood Test and Saliva Test. For any type of test said earlier the candidates who is under the scan or test has to provide the specimens needed for the test and all the specimens are checked by Drug Test Kit. This special kit gives the instant results, however for results laboratory is also used when the time factor is relaxed.

Here let’s talk about the urine test. To pass a urine test some methods are followed. At first urine of that candidates is taken in a bowl or cup or any closed container and then a panel kit is used to check out that there is any toxin of drug in the object for testing. The collected urine also might be sent to a laboratory for detailed and minute analyses. Then it would be verified under a gas analyzer. Pass a Hair follicle test is also a dependable test for determining any metabolized traces of drugs even if the person has consumed in the last few months. This is such a reliable test that helps to confirm the levels of drugs used by the candidates under test process. Hair Follicle Test is painful and is generally applied on the candidate not having hair on his head. Due to its restriction Saliva Test is not very frequently used. Only drugs consumed in the last few days can be tested through this test.
