If you have been trying all of the old, outdated methods you have read or have been told to do in e-books and from people online that do not know much to nothing about making money online, then you may want to read this article.
I have been online for several years doing as many have told me to do, just like many others. You probably have read things like, "Don't re-invent the wheel!" This statement is referring to people trying to do it their way, or doing it different than what others tell you to do to make money online or run your business. The truth of the matter is, most of the people who tell you that want you to see them as an authority or guru and hope that you believe them and keep buying their misguided teachings of the past. If what they are telling people is not of the past, then most likely it never worked in the first place. Over the years multi-level marketing has changed it direction by telling their members to use social networks as a means to recruit
new members to fill their downlines. Social marketing has not helped but a handful. Sure, you may be able to build up a list of friends, but who really wants to hear about your business or what your selling? Using the social networks, many see any form of advertising as just that and will warn or delete your account. I have found a few video sites will delete you without warning if your video even hints at being a advertisement. So who are these guru's, or know-it-all marketers that come up with
these hair brained ideas? Who ever they are, you can almost bet that by the time they start selling an e-book on the subject they have milked that method of all it's worth and made their money. Then to make even more money, they write an e-book and sell that. If one cares to take a close look, most of the advertising methods suggested buy others, the market is saturated. There are so many people all doing the same things and they are almost all getting the same results. Unless you have one heck of a scam going, in which I am referring to trickery of some kind as you see online and offline with small print, or a deliberate twist of wording, or just some of the main information not mentioned, then you may find making money online very difficult to say the least. This is not all because things are bad in the economy, theses things have been going on now for years. Maybe that is why things have gotten as bad as they have? So now I would like to add the importance of mentioning something
you probably have heard in part before, and then I will add my own two cents. For one, in a world of scam artist, big business taking advantage of the less educated, etc., it may be a good idea to reach your customers on a different level. What ever happened to customer support where you called a companies number and actually got through to a live person without waiting for up to 45 minutes listening to some elevator song that made your ear bleed? Today you have to read over their FAQ page, and jump over other hoops in hopes to find an answer. Today the business is not their for their customers, they much rather send them off in distracting direction in hopes they get frustrated and give up. Why not? Most have to hire non-speaking foreign help to even take the phone calls. Remember Dell Computer in the old days? Well, call for help now and you may not know any more when your done the call then you did before you placed it. So what is my point...? Okay then, service is just not like it used to be. So the following is a few tips, or my opinion on how to get more business in a world of craziness. The first thing is to be better than your competition, better than those big companies that delay giving help to their customers. Bring back customer support, even if you are in ELM. Do not let people feel isolated or shut out. If you have to, pick up a phone and call them. Let your downline, prospects, and customers know you are there and you do care. I would like to also mention that I too have a business. I offer services for business and the average Joe who would need some form of graphic design services. I do not have any fancy phone system. I deal with clients on a personal level. And each client I have is equally important. I think that small businesses understand better the need to actually help, maybe even bend over backwards to help their customers more than larger businesses. Big business tend to forget how they got where they are. Many do not even care any more. Most of larger companies no longer have those who worked their butts off to get the company where it is at in the present. They are hiring new upper position people who come in from inexperience, their only aim is in getting a big pay check while forgetting the basics of traditional business. And that is why so many big companies are now in danger of closing their doors. If we could just get back to those days of caring about where the money comes from, and who and what has been funding our income to allow for a bigger house and car, etc., we might see a better respect for larger businesses.
