MARQUEE ON THE BAY OFFERS TWO GREAT REASONS TO BUY NOW - By: Marialuisa Planzo

SARASOTA, Fla. (October 24, 2007) – Imagine a $200,000 coupon. That’s one reason Marquee on the Bay is telling home-seekers to buy now. Developers at Enterprise Associates of Sarasota, LLC, have gotten creative in offering incentives to guarantee their residences’ values. A new-home value guarantee would be the second reason. Within 30 days of closing, if the condominium reduces in value, Marquee on the Bay developers will cut the buyer a check for the difference.

Similar to Enterprise Associates of Sarasota’s buyer incentive for town home project, Marquee en Ville located on the corner of Fruitville and Cocoanut, the developers are offering two additional incentives for Marquee on the Bay condominium project located on Gulf Stream and Main. Buyers are offered up to $200,000 discount on condo purchases as a preconstruction deal. Only two residences remain until construction begins so the offers are on the table for a limited time.

“It is, quite simply, an enormous discount. Taking up to $200,000 off on a home price is not the sort of offer that will stick around a while,” said Marquee on the Bay sales consultant, Carolyn Spizzirro.

Enterprise Associates of Sarasota will pay for up to three independent appraisals on the new-home value guarantee. “We are motivating buyers to purchase now without uncertainty. These offers are not going to be available when the market resumes to high levels, but the new-home value guarantee locks in the deal until after the condos have been constructed,” said Sam Hamad, CEO of Enterprise Associates of Sarasota. In addition to the two Sarasota properties Enterprise Associates of Sarasota is promoting with exclusive offers, Hamad is also developing Metro Marquee, a high-rise mixed-use project in downtown Bradenton.

Marquee on the Bay residences range in size from 1,900 to 5,000 +/- sq ft. and include floor-to-ceiling glass views of the downtown Sarasota bay.
