Love Handles Exercises - Finding the Right Ones For You - By: Kimberly Johns

Finding love handles exercises can be a very difficult thing to do because so many various types exist. You have some that require a gym membership or a combination of gym membership and diet pills. However, one of the best types of love handles exercises that I have found is by making use of my own items around my home. I know that for some of you you are probably asking how can this provide me with the basis of a great program to help me out, but like many things it all depends on what you decide to use.

The first exercise that I have found that helps me out tremendously is by standing and doing alternating knee crunches. Now if you are wobbly on your feet you might want to have something close by to hang onto, but to perform this love handle exercise you will have your hands together in front of you and raise up one leg for example the left leg and lean at your waist towards the left. Then you will do the same motion with your right leg as well. This will help you out with the tightening of those ab muscles.

The second exercise that I have taken up that seems to help out tremendously is when I am walking in a store or even at the office I will tighten up my ab muscles for ten seconds at a time then relax them. Then I will let them rest for about twenty to thirty seconds and then tighten them up again. This exercise will help you with pulling your ab muscles back into shape. I will warn you though not to do this to often when you are first starting out because you will notice that your abs will be super sore!
