The jobs in Saudi Arabia are very interesting economically. The Westerners living in Saudi Arabia usually have well-paid skilled jobs. The expats from western countries reside in gated compounds which are generally protected by soldiers and have numerous checkpoints. The foreigners get various amenities within the same compound, and such amenities include swimming pools, gyms, restaurants, etc.

The lifestyle of the people from western countries is pretty different from those residing in the Middle East countries. These expats have habits of leading a free life, and are the people who live life to the fullest. The expats are suggested not to practice drinking and smoking at public places, and respect woman. As far as worshipping is concerned, the Christians are not allowed to worship in open. The Christians can worship secretly in their private room as no other religious Items and articles belonging to religions other than Islam are allowed publically.

Officially, there are no official churches in Saudi Arabia, a handful of Christians staying in Saudi Arabia generally meet in private meetings. For the foreign Christians, church meetings are held in the embassies, that too after registering and showing their passport to prove their nationality.

There is the week off every Friday, as it is considered as the day of prayer. The cosmopolitan culture of the Saudi Arabia makes it safe for women. There are a number of socializing and recreational opportunities that work for both male and female expats.
