In today's world most don’t have time to worry about proper nutrition and exercise. It has simply become too easy to swing into a drive through and get a cheap burger. By doing this we allowing our bodies to slip into an unhealthy state that is incredibly hard to come out of. In my opinion this is the number one reason for obesity in the United States.

So what can we do about it? For starters, think outside the box. Since it is near impossible to change ones schedule around. You must think of a way to make exercise and nutrition fit into your preexisting routine/schedule. Meaning it must be easy and fast.

With advancements in science, having good nutrition is a far easy goal to reach. There are 1000’s of supplements that you can take that do supplement such things as fruit and vegetables. I am not saying they contain all the health benefits of the real stuff, but rather offer your body the nutrients it needs to be healthy. You can also help your body out by simply stop drinking soda. There are several products that offer the connivance of soda but that are much healthier. Vitamin water is a great example. All that is required of you is that you plan ahead. So the next time you go to the store skip by the soda aisle and head for the juice/vitamin.

As far as exercise goes, just get creative. Instead of trying to find the closest parking spot, park in the back and increase the walking distance. By doing this you have added a lot of extra walking/exercise, which will only taking about at most 30 seconds off your day. If you work in a office, take the long route back from the water cooler. After awhile the extra steps will add up.
