But the reason for their occurrence is quite different in both the cases. In females the reason can be any delivery issues or advanced pregnancy factors. However it is mostly caused due to the weakening of the bladder. In other words due to malfunctioning of your bladder due to any reason if you are not able to control your urination it is called incontinence.

Now the reason can be many but let me tell all my friends that there are ways to cure or in fact control it. The only contribution from side is that you all have to change your attitude. If you are facing this issue one of the best things to do is to use adult pads. It is the best thing which you can do. These pads not only maintain the hygiene but at same time enable you to attend public gathering and enjoy your life. Apart from this in your diet you should always take high quantities of roughage as this will help you a lot. At last I would request you all that though surgery is a option to cure it but try to avoid t at times it can make the matters even complicated.
