Jobookit Technologies expands ExactME! presence to Latin America

ExactMe! , an Israeli Talent Search Engine, is launching in Argentina with an ambitious objective. "We want to be the Google for human capital," Arik Filstein, founder and CEO of ExactMe! said during a press conference. From Buenos Aires, ExactMe! plans to expand throughout Latin America, with their sights set on the enormous Brazilian market, which will be their next destination in the region. The company was founded in Israel and has existing operations in the United States and India.

ExactMe! will work to be a leader in a competitive online recruitment market where long-standing Websites such as Bumerang or Zonajobs are prominent . By a sophisticated search engine ExactME! promises to “refine” searches to maximize results. It will also feature a payment system that charges a minor fee for each person contacted by the recruiter, lowering costs to companies which perform an employee search. The price is US$1 to US$5 for each contact. The service will be available for free during the first month of operation.
"From the perspective of someone searching for a job, the system allows you to import data from Facebook and LinkedIn accounts and also enter information from an MS Word or PDF document," said Filstein.

Filstein born in Argentina, but lived the most of his life in Israel. After building a success career as a senior executive of technology and HR for leading enterprises,
Filstein created his own company, Jobookit, in 2008 and today he's considered as one of the world's top internet entrepreneurs.

Jobookit developed innovated technologies to optimize and simplify the online recruitment processes. The company's investors include Shimon Zaks, former CEO of Microsoft Europe, and Eli Levy, current CEO of HP Software, serial entrepreneur Omri Lachman and others. Jobookit plans to be listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange this year. ExactMe! was designed with technologies powered by Jobookit and will have offices in Buenos Aires, where it expects to hire more than 20 employees.

"We want to become the meeting point between job seekers and recruiters. Consultants are among our customers, since they can use ExactMe! to expand their database," Filstein said. He added that Facebook users will be able to convert their social profile to a professional profile by using an ExactMe! application. ExactMe! is also working on something similar for Twitter users.," Filstein said.
