What is the best book for helping someone to overcome anxiety? There are so many books on the market that it's difficult to know where to start.
There is, however, an outstanding book, one which is remarkably helpful.
For me this anxiety book has stood the test of time.
It is helpful for both the sufferer of anxiety and those who work with sufferers of anxiety.
I came across this book by happy coincidence.
I spent a desperate period searching for an effective book to help me overcome severe anxiety.
I was extremely fortunate to come across this gem.
It instantly gave me hope, an understanding of anxiety, a simple technique to follow and a way out of the problem.
The name of this overcoming anxiety book is 'Self Help for your Nerves' and it is written by Dr. Claire Weekes.
What is it about this book that makes it so wonderful?
This is the type of anxiety book which you will find yourself wanting to read and re-read again and again.
It also removes the sense of isolation that can come from suffering in a state of anxiety.
The book is supportive and gives hope to the reader. Its authenticity and integrity really come through.
Amongst the wealth of other books out there on overcoming anxiety, this book deserves its place amongst the highest rated in the market.
It is easy to follow, practical and filled with an empathetic understanding of anxiety.
There's a sense of being guided by a caring and knowing hand as you read through this book. You don't feel alone in the process of overcoming your anxiety.

This remains, still, the best anxiety book that I have read in this field. 'Self Help for your Nerves' by Dr. Claire Weekes is simply outstanding.
