5. Diet for menstruation - Among fruits papaya is highly helpful when suffering from amenorrhoea.

6. Menstruation remedy - Half a teaspoonful of sesame seeds powder taken with hot water twice daily helps in plummeting the pain. This is one of the effective home remedies for menstruation.

7. A warm hipbath will also supply relief from menstrual pain.
