Also, most universities have many different options when it comes to study abroad programs and possible internships abroad, so don't worry if you don't go to a big state school or well-known university. Sadly, like the United State, most internship abroad will pay little, if at all. Hopefully that can be looked past and realized that the experiences and the ability to be able to intern abroad is worth much more than pay.

Becoming involved in internships abroad a great way to get worldwide experience in your field of study or career, it looks great to employers on a resum and shows you take the initiative which employers love to see in prospective employees, and they are just a great way to really see how the world works outside of your local bubble in your home country.
