All employers should create programs that can help their employees in times of need. Employees are the most important part of the workforce because most of the tasks are handled by them. Without them, the company would have no revenue and there would be no business at all.

Injuries are possible when employees are in the workplace. Factories, for example, tend to expose their employees to danger especially when dealing with machineries.
