As an event planner, you would need to plan several different events at one time, juggling different clients at the same time too. You would definitely need a printed padfolio for these types of jobs where you can keep tabs on the dates, when to meet your suppliers, consulting with your clients and so on as well as keep important business cards and to write your notes down of what your clients want and so on.
