The energy rating of this dryer is C. It has a digital display and there are 16 programmes and 4 drying temperatures. Energy consumption is 4.8kwh. Indesit dryer has a front loading. It has a reverse tumble action for reduced creasing and tangling. There is a sensor drying which electronically assesses the exact moisture level and ensures accurate drying results, which prevents over drying and excessive energy consumption.

The maximum drying capacity of the appliance is 7.5kg. A liquid crystal display which helps the user to view thy systems function. A reversible door is attached which has the left or right hand opening. The drum rotates on both directions to help untangle clothes and prevent crease which makes ironing easier. There is a fluff filter which collects lose fibres from the clothes and fabrics. A stacking kit can be purchased so that the dryer can be stacked safely with a washing machine which saves the valuable space. There is a final tumble which reduces creasing and makes the ironing easier. Water container is present on the top of the machine. It has ‘empty water’ which indicates when the container is full; the container should be emptied after each cycle. It is rectangular in shape and not too heavy even when the water is fully filled.

A heat button is pressed in for high heat and low heat. High heat is used for cotton and low heat is used for synthetic fabrics. A timer knob is set for the drying time clockwise. The door is opened by pressing and releasing the front panel it is indicated by a hand sign. On the front side there is a fluff filter which is removed with the help of two finger grips. The fluffy filter is very easy to clean the dirt which is deposited inside the filter.
