You should keep an exercise log to help you record down your goals, and motivate you to strive to reach these fitness aims that you have for yourself. A fitness or exercise log helps you to track what you have done, and what you must do. You can also see if you have met your exercise requirements each time you complete your daily workout. Your exercise routine will be better planned and organized if you can keep track of exactly what type of exercises you have completed.

There are so many tips and tricks to remember for the best exercise routine. Write it all down in your exercise log, which can help you chart your progress and give you timely reminders of your goals and accomplishments too!
