For instance, try running for 50 yards, then relax for about 10 seconds. Later, sprint again.
Push-ups are yet another way of improving your workout plan. However, the number of push-ups performed by an individual is decided by his strength. Therefore, you need to build your stamina for performing the push-ups.
You may need to squat a hundred times in a day. However, performing some squats is definitely essential for the improvement of your workout. Start with a few free body weight squats. For a second time, the number of squats is decided by your stamina. Try doing as many as possible. Now, take rest for about 10-30 seconds. Now do the squats again. You can also perform a few squat jumps. Start with squatting down as during a usual squat. However, try jumping high rather than standing up again. Also, add a session of pull-ups to your workout plan.
All the exercises can be performed one after the other in any random order. Try to do at least 3-5 sets of each exercise. These exercises would not ensure a better weight loss workout, but also increase your level of fitness and agility.
