This is because too much scrubbing will eventually result to skin irritation.

Anything that comes in contact with your skin should be clean as well. This includes your hair, your hand and even your clothes or your beddings. But as much as possible you should avoid your hand with too much contact in your face. You should keep out your hair form your face as your hair has its natural oil and will add dirt to your face.
