Employees today are looking for various options in their job to have equal amount of extra interactive and bonding activities which keeps them engage apart from the normal working hours at a particular job. With laughter as one of the most important healer in any kind of psychological illness the rate of sick leaves may also decrease which is directly proportional to the turnover and productivity of a company. In such type of activities managers or supervisors can be seen also as team players, who also get a chance to relax and enjoy life.

The use of fun and humor in the workplace must be appropriate in nature. It should be made sure that the humor used should not be offensive to the ordinary or reasonable person. It can also effectively reduce the level and intensity of conflict among employees, if properly used. Therefore, fun activities have become an essential part of an organization to maintain a respectable employee’s satisfaction record rate.
