Customer relationship management: Customer relationship management deals with customers who may not just be the end users but also includes stake holders, marketing team and even the technical support. This sort of management has many aspects to look into which are internal and external and its scope and importance cannot be neglected. In a way it can be said that the customer service team works in coordination with this team. This is because they represent the client side through the feedback they generate via interactions. The feedback from customer service team is analyzed, thought in detail and accordingly actions are planned. For instance if the customers have suggested a change in the existing product the customer relationship management team will see if bringing those changes would be feasible financially to the company, will it be accepted by a large audience and many such questions.

The role of customer relationship and customer service management is crucial for the survival of any healthcare company and the entire industry as a whole. It is essential that people dealing in this industry lay emphasis on these aspects as it will ultimately benefit them and help their business grow.
