If you have a chart then there isn't any way you can botch things up especially if the software is capable of let you know if there happens to be some errors in the schedule which you made.

The HR software will take off some of your burden by making your job easier and also employess is not going to want to try out a guessing game with their work schedules anymore. Using a great work schedule pattern may help you in not having to face unhappy workers who will not like the work schedules they were assigned. You will not have to deal with complaints about scheduling that could have errors. If the scheduling is good, less workers will no longer come in late and everyone is going to be happier.
