As you get rid of this itching and scratching you obviously come out of this problem. Hot water bath should be strictly prohibited as it can dry up your skin and worsen the skin condition further. To avoid scratching do not grow long nails.

See that the affected areas are not exposed so try to wear long sleeve shirts and trousers. Maintaining the habit of applying moisturizer to the affected place should be your daily routine..
