A hour of sport can be very important. It helps you burn the excess calories, lose weight and makes you feel good.While working out you get serotonin and endorphins flowing in your body. They will make you feel really happy. The best part is that you don't have to exhaust yourself to benefit form practicing sports for 1 hour.

An hour of sport must mean something very nice, because it is not a chore. A simple walk in the park, easily taking in the clean air does wonders for both your body, and your mood! The cellulite that appeared under the skin of your buttocks (especially if you spend countless hours in a seat at the office) will go away easily and steadily. Keep this in mind and you will be ready for another exhausting day, which you know will surely come.

Getting one hour of physical activity isn't that hard. You don't have to go out of your way. You can dust the house or clean the windows instead of watching TV and your body will benefit a lot!

Here are just a few tips to help you turn working out into a pleasure. Find out how to look forward for the next day of exercising, to getting dressed in your sports equipment and working out.

Breathe deeply while you change into your training equipment

The truth is that often you rush things. As you are busy every day, you run to the fitness center or the park and you already feel exhausted when you get there. Control your breathing while you get ready to work out. Slowly breathe in through your nose and let the air out slowly through your mouth. This will calm you down. In doing so, you will stimulate the circulation of oxygen and the removal of carbon dioxide. Therefore, you will have more energy and you will feel invigorated.

Drink some water

Studies have shown that people that are hydrated are best able to carry out to three times more exercise than those who do not drink enough fluids. If you're dehydrated, you will get tired more quickly. So it is advisable to drink at least 16 ounces of water thirty minutes before you start working out.

Before you begin, make a short recap of your program

Get used to writing down your full exercise program and re-read it before you start working out. You will be a lot more motivated and you will also save lots of time. Here's an example of an written exercise program of 50 minutes: "Today I will do 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise on the elastic band, 15 minutes of strength exercises for arms and thighs, and five minutes of stretching".

Do you remember what was written on the panel at the entrance of the gym at your school? "A healthy mind in a healthy body." These words are more than magical, believe me!
