Stay away from saturated fats like in butter, but eat a healthy amount of unsaturated fats found in olive oil, eggs, and nuts (your body needs these). Exercise also gets your blood flowing and moves oxygen through your body.

When it is inflicted with substances that are not natural, such as UV rays, it will cause the collagen, or cells in the skin, to break, loosen and die. Over time, it will cause crow's feet, lines around the mouth, and other wrinkles to appear over the face.
