Everyone goes through life being busy, trying to please others and have certain expectations of ourselves. People make themselves miserable without realizing what they are actually doing. How to become free and break all the patterns and burdens that you placed on yourself. Do you like your life to be the way it is right now? We all want a better change, something better in our lives. It's good desire. You can have a good life, be true to yourself and please others. But where is the common ground for all of these?

First of all, determine what is priority in your life. Do you really need that much money in your life to be happy? Do you really need the latest designer clothes or a new car to have right now? So many people are trying to chase a fantasy thinking that something will make them happy. Everything is very subjective. Most of of our lives is illusion but we make such a bid deal out of it. It can illusion that being popular or famous will make you happy, but then you would find yourself having other problems to deal with and you will look for happiness somewhere else.

We create our own illusion that we are trying to live up to and make ourselves miserable at the moment. Why not to live in a present moment and be true yourself and realistic of your expectations. Appreciate a given moment. Appreciate your journey to find happiness. People like to experience world but sometimes they take it to an extreme. We all have wants and desires, something that we wish and think will make us happy. It's o'kay to have dreams, but it's not o'kay to be miserable and loose your freedom in the process. But what is freedom for you? You are free only when you do what you want. Free to do how you please and change your life the way you want it to be.

Freedom comes from the inner peace within yourself. Freedom is when you allow things to happen they way they happen and it won't disturb your peace. Freedom will come when you know you going be o'kay no matter what happens in your life. Learn to enjoy life the way it is and accept what you have right now. Don't settle for less though. Have a bigger vision for your life, but let go of your worries about anything. Don't assume that if you stop worrying you will loose control of your life. Take charge of your life in a peaceful manner, and be confident in what you are doing.

Being free is easy, allow yourself be free today and don't make a big deal out of anything. Take your life the way it is and don't exaggerate things when they do happen.
