will not only affect the health, but even cause disease. There are some tips can help you to reduce the hurt caused by air-conditioner.

Firstly, you should reduce the times to use air-conditioner, if it permits. If not, you had better make a reasonable adjustment of the indoor and outdoor temperature. And the

right temperature should be 26 centigrade degree.

The best air temperature should between 24 to 27 centigrade degrees. In summer the air conditioning should not be adjusted too low. Because our body's most appropriate air

temperature is between 24 to 27 centigrade degrees, the minimum should not be lower than 22centigrade degree, and the night air should not be lower than 24 centigrade degree.

Only this we can't get cold or other diseases when we sleep in the air-conditioning room.

Besides, indoor and outdoor temperature difference should not lower than 5 degrees. If the temperature difference is too large, it could easily lead to homeostatic regulation

system dysfunction.

Air-conditioned rooms should keep ventilation. Generally, air-conditioned rooms have a strong seal; it could not exchange indoor and outdoor air. The bacteria, viruses and other

harmful micro-organisms breed reproduction, thus the air quality is lower. So, be sure to keep room air clean and fresh. It's better to ventilate the room air once in the

morning and evening for 10 to 20 minutes.
