The idea that you can use something so seemingly simple as an affirmation to attract money is a very sexy idea to most people. However, when they have to actually put the theory to the test, they usually come up with a much different result. If you want to learn how to use affirmations to attract money, then you have to be prepared for the reality of it all. It's not exactly like you can just string together a few words, repeat them a few times, and you will attract money in bunches.

Here's how to use affirmations to attract money the right way:

1. You have to make your affirmation straight to the point AND believable at the same time.

The more complicated that you make your affirmative statement, the more likely it is that you will NOT get the results that you want. What you are trying to do, is to break into your subconscious layers, and give yourself a command or a message that you can believe and that will yield real results. So, make sure that not only do you create a simple affirmation, but one that is really believable as well. There's no use in working on statement like, I am super wealthy if you really believe deep down that you can never actually make it to that point.

2. You need to make it a repeated pattern, not a one shot deal.

For a lot of people that end up discouraged with the use of affirmations, a lot of it has to do with the fact that they will do them for maybe a couple of days, then they begin to slack off or just give up on them altogether. It cannot be a one shot deal, especially if you are trying to crack through a belief that you have held for YEARS. An example would be to have developed a poverty conscious over the course of 20 years and then expecting that 2 days worth of affirmations would change everything. More than likely, it will not and you will need MORE time.

3. Your affirmations have to be met with congruent actions.

If you keep telling yourself over and over that you are becoming wealthy and you don't do anything to try and create that wealth, then guess what? Nothing is going to happen. Your affirmations have to help drive you to take action, and they have to be congruent with what you want to achieve.
