How to Pass an Exam: Self Programming and Self Relaxation - By: elizreed

An exam itself is not a problem, in majority of cases the nervous tension plays crucial role in the exam fails. To pass an exam one need to be emotionally prepared for it. First of all, one should be sure he/she knows everything. One should be confident in one’s own knowledge, to pass an exam. And before the exam one can use the following tips.

Self programming
It can be surprising but still self programming really works. Thus, one can program oneself to pass an exam. You should only keep saying to yourself that you will pass the exam, you will have easy questions, and you will know all the answers.

Self relaxation
It is also essential to get rid of superfluous nervousness, which can paralyze your brain activity, though some insignificant tension will only contribute to all you resources accumulating. There are a lot of ways how to relax.

One of them is based on a person’s perception preference. In few simple words, perception preference is the way in which a person prefers to apprehend information. For example, some people prefer listening audio book to reading a book, so they are “listeners”. Someone prefers watching, for these people need to look into the book and read to apprehend the content, such people are “lookers”. There are people who need to touch the object, for example when one buys some souvenir he/she touches it and only after decides whether he/she will buy it, such people are “touchers”. Some people are likely to differentiate the objects by smell, they pay a lot of attention to smells, these people are “smellers”.

Of course, there are few people of one of this definite type, more likely people combine these types of perception, though one is still prevailing. So for relaxation you should define which of these types is prevailing in you. Just observe which characteristic of an object is more important for you.

Thus, after defining your type you can easily relax yourself: you just need to listen, look, touch or smell something that can relax you.
