There was a happy farmer living in a small village. Although he was poor and hard working every day, he always looked so happy. One day, a demon came across him and decided to destroy his happiness.

The demon told the farmer what to grow every year and the farmer became richer after three years. Then he also taught him to sell rice to make much more money.

This time, the demon succeeded to change the farmer. The farmer held night party frequently and invited many wealthy people to drink best wine, eat delicious foods and enjoy the service of many servants. He became to be more and more foolish. When a servant broke a glass of wine carelessly, the farmer shouted at her: ¡°How did you do your work? You will have nothing to eat as you have broken my valuable glass.¡± The farmer became colder and cruel.

You may wonder what the demon¡¯s father taught him, He just said: ¡°If you give him more than what he needs, it could induce the greedy nature of human body.¡±
