Start with small sets and work your way up to three sets of at least 10 reps every other day.

2. Butterfly Press: Sit on the edge of a chair with back straight and arms at your sides. Hold the 3 lb weight in each hand and slowly raise your arms to your side to shoulder level.

Hold in this position and count till 4, then slowly go back to starting position. Start with small sets and work your way up to at least 3 sets of 5 reps every other day.

3. Pectoral push-ups: This does not require you to use the weights. Just lie down on the floor mat with your face down and raise your body up. But make sure that your forearms and elbows are on the floor. Stay in this position for 30 seconds. Repeat 5 times.
