1. Have love and compassion to suit your needs! Pay real focus on what he/she has to speak about. Practice deep listening. Do not interrupt, change the subject or avoid conversation. Hear what he/she must say. Put away the cell phone, turn off the television set, shut off your computer and concentrate on those around people. Show your partner and others that they are truly important to people.

3. Change the words you use. Pay close attention to the words you choose to use. Do you employ negative words? Do you call you or others "stupid" or "fat" and even "foolish? These are damaging words to others and ourselves. Even when we have tried them in a joking tone, they carry negative electrical power. The energy we send is what we are going to get in return. Do you need more stupid, fat, and foolish people around people? You can change ones words. Try saying, "I do not feel as thin as I prefer to stay these clothes, " instead of "These freaking pants are generally too tight on my own fat butt! "

4. Let go of the need to be right. This you be challenging, but it is well worth all of the effort you might want to put into it. While you are discussing something with your partner or another person and you do not agree with them, what does one typically do? It is more well-known than not that it is good to correct him/her, say he/she is actually wrong, and tell this person what we think is right. But, if you can stop and take some time to simply see it in the other person's perspective, you that are amazed at what may happen. For one thing, you will be showing your partner or whoever you value his/her perspective. And, it is possible may possibly just shift your view a tad. If you don't change your mind, that is okay - just be willing to respect and appreciate the differences between you plus your partner.

5. Take healthier. This may seem to be obvious, but sometimes people forget. Certain foods can make us feel heavy and bloated, or on the opposite end, some foods leave us feeling hungry together with unfulfilled. No one can tell you exactly might know about eat. Everyone's bodies are different. Therefore, you need to identify a nutrition coach, a ayurvedic practitioner or healthcare provider, or read up on various ways to have a healthier diet. Changing your diet may have a tremendous impact on the physical and mental health along with your emotional health.

6. Activity regularly. Yep. It well said. We need to get active. Our bodies are designed to move. They are not made to sit in front of a computer all morning or become couch potatoes. It is important for everyone to be active in one way or another. This keeps the overall body younger, maintains higher metabolism and it keeps the mind newer too. Going through life in the body that is of form also helps us feel sexier and more confident.

7. Connect with your spirituality. Our busy lives can often get in the way of noticing the beauty everywhere. We trudge to work everyday without sensing or hearing the call of our soul.
