Apart from these fruits, there are many herbs that are useful in treating constipation naturally. Triphala, an herbal combination of three natural herbs (haritaki, amalaki and bibhitaki in equal proportion) is also found beneficial in treating constipation. It acts as a natural colon cleanser and prevents constipation.
