The immune system of the body acts like a guard that fights any pathogens entering the system with an intention to cause disease. It helps the body to beat back all diseases that cause microorganism that a human body system is exposed to on daily basis. Refreshing the immune system is essential for survival.

Suggestions to boost the immune system
A lot of lemon juice should be consumed, these fruits are known in restoring the balance of acid and alkaline levels in human body. Lemon juice can be mixed with tea, warm water, or can be used in salad dressing instead of vinegar, baking or cooking. This can maintain a favorable environment at optimal pH level that favors flourish of useful bacteria and reduces the growth of hazardous bacteria and virus that grows well in acidic surrounding. Another method of maintaining the alkaline environment in a body system is to use Apple cider vinegar.

The diet should be supplemented with herbal boost, there are many herbal diet supplements that help the immune system fight disease that cause microorganism. Fresh raw herbs in addition to whole foods are highly recommended because of their high frequency and strength; this makes the body absorb most of their rich substances. Many of these herbs like the basic oils have immune activating compounds.

Take sufficient rest, the human body gets tired when it works for a long time and thus it needs plenty of rest to restore the used energy and the replacement of worn out cells. It depends on the age and the amount of work which is done, the body should be allowed to rest for up to 6 to 10 hours. Research studies have revealed that sleep stabilizes hormone production level like stress and human growth, cuts the weight down and revitalizes, makes one have sober thinking and reasoning, cheers up the mood and lightens the body skin.

The diet should be balanced, well balanced meal will supply all the essential nutrients that are required for the body. For example, taking correct amounts of protein will help in building blocks of the immune system and worn out tissues. Taking in a lot of carbohydrates will result in excess production of glucose which can lead to increased blood sugar that stresses the immune system and pancreas.

Drink plenty of water, it helps in reducing dehydration and restoring the shape of cell in the body system. Water helps to wash away toxic substances that build up in the body. 80% of the body mass also comprises of water which is important in maintaining internal environment and acts as media that most reaction in the body system happens.

Exercise regularly as it burns excessive fat in the body system, stretches all the movable body parts and aids good circulation of the blood and other body fluids like lymph’s. Immune system is dependent on blood circulations because the substance fighting the disease causing microorganism is in the blood system. Doing exercise also make a person sweat which helps to eliminate toxic substances through sweat. These toxic substances compromise of the effectiveness of the immune system.

Reduce the levels of stress; research studies reveal that stress affects the immune system. This is because stress wears out the brain cells. It is highly recommended to participate on activities that reduce stress after day long activities like meditation or playing healthy games that relaxes the mind.
