In our daily life, many of us may not know some foods labeled as the nutritional foods or considered as nutritional foods are actually of no nutrition. So, let have a look at these foods which have deceived us.

Green tea drink. Green tea contains antioxidants and other healthful ingredients which can prevent cancer, heart disease, aging and other aging-related disease. But now, many manufacturers make green tea deinks by adding sugar and other additives, they sell their unhealthy drinks under the cover of healthy drinks. In fact, any ingredient of the green tea marked on the bottle of green tea drinks, such as, saccharin, preservatives; etc makes health far away from us.

Lactic acid beverage. Yogurt is fermented by the fresh milk; it is rich in protein, calcium and vitamin. Yogurt is a good choice for us, especially for those people who can't enjoy milk. However, we can find a lot of yogurt has been made into a kind of dessert which is full sugar and varieties of processed fruits. And the trade company makes use of the packages and disguises it as a healthy food. Therefore, you had better buy the yogurt without any additives, you can add some fruits at home as you like.

Oatmeal. Wheat, barley, rice and oatmeal have always been the most important food for human. The protein, dietary fiber and vitamin they contain are beyond other foods. However, some producers have made a colorful breakfast cereals that are mixed by starch, white sugar, corn syrup, salt, food coloring and preservatives. This reduces the nutritional content of these cereals greatly.

Pizza. In Italy, pizza even is protected by law. And the law prescript the provision of pizza must be full straight, redeye, white cheese, olive oil and basil. Pizza is very nutritional in nature, however, now the pizza on sale in some fast-food chains has been added some additives, such as, preservatives, cheap and artificial fat, canned fruit of no nutrition, frozen meat and lots of salt. All these additives make pizza's content of calorie and sodium are very high, but the nutritional value is not worth of mentioning.

All the food mentioned above may be very common for us. And many people like to eat them. But seldom of us know whether they contain nutrition or not. After having the knowledge of them, we can make a wise decision on choosing it.
