In the minds of the people who created it, your product is almost certainly interesting and exciting. It may even be objectively innovative and unique within its field. The problem is, that doesn't guarantee that most people who visit your trade show exhibits will find it compelling enough to draw them in. You may have found a way to improve their lives, but until they know it, you will have to fight for their attention.

First, Make Sure You Know Why It's Exciting

What does your product actually do for people? If it's a service, what benefit does it provide? How will it make an actual difference in the life of the average trade show display visitor? Ask yourself all of these questions before you start any aspect of your design and planning. These are all totally separate questions and have nothing to do with your trade show stand per se; rather, they're more geared toward discovering the inherent strengths of your unit, which might not be immediately apparent to you. When you dig a bit deeper, you're able to understand the value of your product on a whole new level. That understanding will greatly benefit you in the longer term.

Next, Incorporate The Most Exciting Aspects Into A Trade Show Display

Creating actual exhibits which share the same exciting qualities as your product can be difficult. You don't want one to echo the other too closely, or you'll end up with a design that is too homogeneous. Excitement Must Lead To Something Interesting

You cannot maintain hype and excitement indefinitely. Eventually, people will begin looking for more information, and if they can't find it, they will leave. The inside of your trade show exhibits should have everything they could want to know, hopefully in pamphlet or brochure form so that they can take the information with them after the convention. This information allows them to take their excitement about what you're offering and transfer it into curiosity. Don't be discouraged if you feel as though your particular product isn't anything exciting. There is something inherently unique in every successful piece of merchandise. All you need do is determine what it is and play it up; you'll find it's easy to get visitors once you've done that.

In addition, don't underestimate the power of your staff to help generate buzz. They should be genuinely interested in the product, and they should communicate their interest to visitors in conversation. Encourage them to talk and share their honest opinions, as most visitors will notice and dislike any sort of rehearsed speeches. When you know your product's strength and play to it with trade show exhibits and strong staff, you're ready for success
