How to make money using the Internet has kept 100's if not 1,000's of Internet entrepeneurs in profit for many years as they help to provide information and services to those looking to make money online.

Of course staright away you can see one of the many ways on how to make money using the Internet. Of course! You provide eBooks, membership sites and any other platform from which you can generate revenue. Providing information type products has long been a very profitable way to make money online as once you have either spent your own time or hired a ghost writer to create your eBook then after that all you pay for is setting up your website and advertising. Once you start making sales it's all pure profit as you are not having to package and post your info product. It's instantly downloadable so buyers can start learning from your expertise in minutes.

However, if you are not at the experience level to come up with and create your own products then there are lots of other great ways on how to make money using the Internet.

Of course the one most of already know about, and use, is eBay. eBay provides millions of people with an income. To some it may only be a few $100s per month and to others it provides them with a healthy income each month as they treat it like a full time business.

If you are looking to make a full time living on eBay then make sure and research your Niche very carefully. There is no point in jumping into a Niche where there is too much competition. All you will end up doing is competing on price with too many people and you end up dropping your prices to keep selling product, but the net result is you also chop your profit margin.

Another popular way to make money using the Internet is through Affiliate Marketing (AM). With AM you don't have to stock any products and there are literally 1,000's of products and services you can promote.

For those of you unsure of how AM works it's pretty simple. You can go to several websites who act as the link between the Merchant (the company selling the goods or services) and the Affiliate (the person working from home). The middlemen include companies like Commission Junction, Leadpoint, TradeDoubler, Affiliate Window etc. These companies hold a database of all the products and services from all the Merchants looking to use Affiliates to promote their products.

As an Affiliate you build a website promoting a service or product and you then drive traffic to that website using SEO or PPC traffic. When people visit your site and click on a link that sends them to the Merchant site, and if they then buy a product, you get a commission from the Merchant. For example, imagine you have a website about Mountain Bikes and someone clicks a link on your site, is then sent to a Mountain Bike shop selling Specialized, and buys the latest Specialized bike for $2,000. You can get from $100-$200 commission for just that 1 sale!
Imagine what you can earn if you were doing that full time and getting a few sales per day! Now you see why AM appeals to so many people!
