If you are reading this article that probably means that you want to know how to make money on YouTube. Well if you are looking for this information on this hot topic you've come to the right place. In this article I am going to go over 1 simple strategy that you can use to generate a nice income online just by using YouTube.

Let me just say that there are many ways that one can make some big bucks on YouTube but the method that I am going to e sharing with you is one of the easiest.

OK, let's get started!

You should be aware that YouTube originally was a placed where visitors went to watch video and be entertained. As of late YouTube has become more of a place for finding information as well as being entertained.

With that being said this is a perfect opportunity for people like us to capitalize on this huge video sharing site's success.

Follow these simple steps and you can easily start making some serious cash in no time.

Find A Hot Niche - A niche is nothing more then a category. Popular niches include "weight loss", "make money", "dog training", "relationships" just to name a few. Find a niche that you feel comfortable in and head straight over to YouTube.

The beauty about YouTube is that they have tons of videos that deal with practically any niche. This is great for money seekers like us.

Once you are over at YouTube you want to do a simple search for videos that have to do with your chosen niche.

For example, if your niche is "weight loss" you would search for videos that have to deal with weight loss. The key here is to make sure that your niche has a decent amount of videos (at least 50) and that most of the video have view counts in the thousands.

Find A Product To Promote - This is really easy to do because there are literally thousands of products out there that you can promote as an affiliate. Places like ClickBank and Commission Junction are great places to find products to promote. Go to either one of these sites and find a product that matches your niche.

Contact The Owner's Of Popular Videos In Your Niche - Go back to the videos that you've found and are getting a nice flow of views and contact the owner's of these videos. Before you contact them make sure that the videos are not really promoting anything.

Basically avoid videos that have a website in the video or in the description.

Once you've found these videos and are ready to contact the owners all you need to do is send the owner a short email letting them know that you have a business proposal for them that can potentially make them extra cash.

Tell them to email you back if they are interested.

If they respond you will then send a second email with the details of your offer. You are basically going to offer to them to put your affiliate link on there videos. I would offer them something like $20-$30 a month to keep your affiliate link to the product that you are promoting. You can setup any kind of arrangement. Just make sure that it is fair.

Side note: Your affiliate link will most likely look long un appealing. You can get your affiliate shortened by going to TinyURL.com.

If the video owner accepts your good to go. All you need to do is send them your link and once you see that they have placed your link in the video using annotations in the description you then will proceed to pay the owner what you guys decided.

Don't just do this once. You can find hundreds of video owners and really make some nice money on YouTube.
