How To Have A Low Cost But Great Experience With Your Bachelorette Party - By: Allan Michael Taylor

It is not exactly easy to plan a truly entertaining bachelorette party! If you don't take the time to get organized, you'll go over budget and possibly not entertain anyone. Here you'll find ideas on how to organize activities, what prizes to buy, and even how to decorate your party to maximize fun and minimize expense.

Provocative Decorations - If you've got a stack of women's magazines such as Cosmo or Glamour lying around, take a few minutes and go through them, tearing or cutting out all photos of male models or celebrities.Scan articles and advertisements for hot models and cut these photos out; mount them on squares of construction paper and use them to decorate the bathroom.Set aside the celebrity photos for a team game you can play.

Try this game out - Take the photos of male celebrities and cut them so that the head is separate from the body.Mount each piece on regular pieces of construction paper. Each team will get a set of "cards"; the first team to correctly match heads with torsos by sticking the cards up on a piece of poster board wins a prize. And of course, when the game is over, the celebrity photos provide additional decoration for your guests.

In another game, you ask each guest to write her name on a large piece of paper hanging on the wall.BUT, she has to write her name holding the pen between her legs, which of course means she has to engage in some pretty crazy maneuvering. A prize is awarded to the best-looking signature (voted on by the other guests, of course).

The following activity isn't really a "game," per se, but it will definitely get everyone laughing, while you get to save money.Ask each girl to buy, under some price limit, the wildest or weirdest pair of underwear she can find, and place it in a brown paper bag.Put all of the bags in the middle of the room and then have each girl select one bag. You can draw out the laughs by asking each person to open their bag one by one, holding up the underwear and having the person who bought it reveal herself.

If your budget has room, you can create gift bags for each guest, at a fairly low cost. This idea lets you give something to everyone, and you get to keep your expenses low.Break up a bulk package or visit the dollar store. A sample gift bag might include: a flavored condom, a few sticks of incense, a small bag of M&Ms, etc.

You can give the game winners items such as a bottle of inexpensive wine, an assortment of chocolates, or a simple nighty.Don't forget that the prizes are secondary to your primary goal: getting everyone to have a great time.

The most important thing is your own personal excitement about the games and a bit of showmanship - the activities themselves are not the point. The guests will follow along and have a truly memorable time.
