PrivacyGuard 2010 Antivirus is nothing but a fake disk defragmenter program that is simulated to act like a legitimate optimization program. It is a fake malware from the same family of PCoptimizer. This program is spread-out with the help of Trojans. When the Trojan is started, it will automatically download and set up PrivacyGuard 2010 Antivirus onto your PC without your consent and knowledge and configure it to run when you restart operating system.

If you can`t run the IE, then you should repair the proxy settings of Internet Explorer.
Run Internet Explorer, Click Tools -> Internet Options, Select Connections Tab, Click LAN Settings button.
Uncheck "Use a proxy server" box. Click OK. Click Apply.Click OK.

And go to http://pcreimage.cz.cc to run a Scan.
