How To Find The Top Bodybuilding Programs - By: Nick Andrade

When it comes to wading over all of the bodybuilding programs available on the web these days, it isn't always easy to decide which ones are high quality and which ones are simply a bunch of rehashed and jumbled random fitness tips. Over past 12 years, I’ve got my hands on many of the best selling muscle building workouts both online and offline, and read through them just to see what they were all about. What I've learned is that each of the muscle building programs was different based on the views and beliefs of the authors.

If you're a beginner keep in mind that while any well pieced together bodybuilding workout routine can help you achieve your goals, there are definitely a few rules that you should keep in mind when trying to identify a bodybuilding system that will be a perfect fit for your unique personality and goals. If you ignore these things and make a quick decision to purchase a program, ebook or bodybuilding system without thinking it over first you may be burning your money by purchasing a program that you will never use.

One of the major differences between all of the bodybuilding programs out on the market these days is the fact that each author has a unique writing style that helps to tie their book or manual together. I've discovered that if you don't like the writing style of a particular author, then there's a much greater chance that you won't ever take the time to actually read it Often times not taking the time to read and re-read before kicking off a bodybuilding program can mean the difference between success and failure.

A lot of people also neglect to search for an author that they can easily identify with. This is really not rocket science, it's just a process of realizing who you are and where you're coming from and taking the time to find a bodybuilding program that was put together by someone who has been through some of the exact same things that you have. If you're already a big guy who just needs to build a bit of muscle and strip away body fat then seek out an author who has had to battle with this goal as well, this is a surefire way to make ensure that you can identify with the authors point of view and muscle building philosophy. On the flip side, if you've never experienced the frustration of being too skinny or having to bust your butt to strip away body fat, then how in the world will you be able to relate to someone who has struggled with this their whole lives? The short answer here is that you simply won't and chances are that if the message and experiences of the author don't resonate with you neither will their workouts, bodybuilding tips and advice.

As far as the muscle building program itself goes, you also need to make sure that you're comfortable with the author specific muscle building strategy and technique. If the author believes that high repetition volume training is the best way to pack on muscle mass and you already know that you can't stand to train this way for very long, then how on earth do you expect to actually build any muscle mass at all?

The bodybuilding process is completely individual. There are literally thousands of ways to go about making it happen. What I’ve noticed over the years is that long term muscle building success is typically a function of someone having access to the right bodybuilding information and the right time, in a format that they can identify with. You have to like your workouts to the point of getting excited even thinking about hitting the gym. You have to read and re-read each and every line in your chosen bodybuilding program until you completely understand what you need to be doing to build muscle mass. And you need to believe that your program will actually lead you towards your goals.

Set aside the time to do some research before jumping in and buying any of the popular bodybuilding programs. While there are some excellent muscle building programs and workouts available these days, you're not going to get a whole lot out of it if you don't implement the advice and follow the workouts the way their supposed to be implemented. By thinking through what you want to accomplish with your bodybuilding program and taking the time to do a bit of research, you can almost guarantee that you will identify the best muscle building program for you.
